Missing PCI Universal Serial Bus Driver

When WIN98se starts, the “add new hardware wizard” starts. Is looking for drivers for “PCI Universal Serial Bus”, which it cannot find on HD or any discs I have attempted. After cancel, system operates fine. No yellow excl. points in device manager.But this appears each time Windows boots? How do I get rid of this annoyance?
System Specs: MSI-845E mobo;P4 2.26 proc;
512 DDR ram
(the above 3 components are new)
60G WD 7200 HD; 27G IBM 7200 HD CDRW & DVD drives
(all drives transplanted from a Dell
Dimension P3 700 sytem)
