Missing shutdown button

i have a user that every time she logs out of her computer and next day logs back in she loses her shutdown button on the start bar it stops at the help button, run and shutdown are gone.I have remove her profile and recreated it and the buttons return but when she logs out and then back in the buttons are gone again it has got me stunp
help.
