Missing XP Features

I had Windows XP Pro installed and running. Including a neat little feature called “Slideshow”. It was an extra tab in the Display settings which allowed you to change the wallpaper at intervals you selected, including at login. I thought it was a great feature.

I then reinstalled Windows XP Pro due to upgrading my computer and cannot find this feature. Does anyone know how to turn it on?
