Modem drivers Windows XP RC1 Build2505

I have just obtained a evaluation copy on XP Pro and having problems getting the correct modem drivers.

I have tryed various drivers for windows 2000 and some do get me on line but the modem speaker either doesnt turn off of the connection speed it 33.6

the modem is a Conexant and the chipset it R6793-11 RS56/SP-PCI

Hope some one can help me

Can u also help with my tv card a MM205 cant get it to work either have 2000 drivers installed but when i launch the TV application it cant find the capture device
