Modem sharing?

How can my NT server share a modem on a 98 workstation? I am a novice experimenting with networking and I want to get internet access for both machines but just using one modem which is in my 98 workstation(I know this isn’t the normal way to do things, but it is an experiment). Can it be achieved without using wingate or putting the modem in my server?
