Monitor Looks Hazy

I have a reasonably good Monitor (SOTEC) which has been working fine, past one year. Recently, the startup screen (COMPAQ) is pale pink in color followed by all texts looking hazy.

I am able to view pictures and images correctly but texts (in normal size) look hazy. I tried checking all cables and reinstalling monitor drivers but no help.

Any pointers pls…

Note: This is certainly not my eye problem :-))
