Monitoring NT 4 event logs

Does anyone know where I can find good,
tool(s) to monitor NT event logs? I need to
find an automated method of notifying myself
or the various developers on my team when an
event occurs. I also need to be able to
filter those events based onseverity to
determine whether the person should be paged,
emailed, etc. I’ve been unsuccessful up to
this point.
