motherboard bootup problem

i have an intel d845gvsr motherboard .
a few days back i cleaned the inside of my box tried to conned the id drive in power on state.
now i am not able to go past the intel splash screen with a logo miising at top and verticle lines streched across at the bottom .
the fan are working fine. after removing the memory i am getting the memory out beep.
there is a green led lit by the side of cpu .

i tried:
clear cmos;;
reset bios using jumper.. nothing happened got the same screen always.
Can anyone tell me how can i solve this problem .
Is my motherboard dead or sleeping.
