Motherboard Problem?

I have a PC with a Pentium Triton/P54C PCI Motherboard. It has a Pentium/Overdrive Processor(ZIF). When I boot the computer it does the POST and then it takes 20 to 30 minutes to start loading the operating system. Any sugestions as to why this is happening? I also can’t seem to find a battery on this board either. It is manufactured by SOYO.
