Motherboard Upgrade without OS reinstall

I have a multi boot system with:
1. Win 2000 Server
2. Win 2000 Pro
3. Win NT 4.0 server
4. Win 98 SE

I upgraded my motherboard from Intel 810e chipset to Intel 815e chipset

On booting the system after upgrade I was able to log on to Win 98 SE and Win NT 4.0 Server but when i try to log on to Win 2000 Pro or Win 2000 Server the system reboots just before when GUI has to appear.

Is there any way I can get my operating systems to work without having to re-install all the Programs and applications either through using recovery console to install the drivers for M/B or copying registry info to a new install on the same partition?

I would appreciate very much any help in this regard.
