Motherboard Upgrade

I have a ASUS P4T-E motherboard with 512mb of RAMBUS PC800 ECC memory. I think it is 184 pin. I would like to upgrade my motherboard with a newer one that would use the RAMBUS memory I have.

Basically I wanted to upgrade my processor to a P4 3.2, the motherboard I have now only goes to a P4 2.4.

Can anyone suggest a newer motherboard that would use this memory.
