MOUSE AND WINDOWS 98 2nd EDITION.

I have a p3 machine that sometimes the mouse will only work on half of the screen (top half) my customer is mad and i cant fix the problem, it does not happen every time which makes it harder to fix. I need some help and microsoft won’t help oem people.
