mouse pad and keybord not responding.

my cd room drive did not work , after i went to the regedit and mistakinly deleted the hole classe 4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} and i restart the laptop , my mouse pad and keybord stoped responding. any suggestion please.
