Mouse problem

sir!
i m using windows 98 O.S and i have a A4tech mouse my problem is that mouse pointer doesn’t show in normal window mode and not appeard in device manager but it’s show in safe mode and mose working in safe mode,COM1 and COM2 are working properly and i have replaced a new mouse but problem is still.
sir please solve this problem
