Mouse scroll in VB Editor

When I am using the Visual Basic Editor, my mouse wheel will scroll in the Properties window, the Project window, the Object Browser but I cannot make it scroll in the Code window.

Anyone else ever had this problem?

Yes, I have tried two different mice – same result.
