Mouse Scrolling

I have two PC,one running on Windows 98 SE and with a mouse which have a scroll button.
After i plug in this scroll button mouse in another PC running on Windows 95 the function of scrolling cannot function.
I would like to know whether Windows 95is supporting this scrolling function or not in my ps/2 mouse.
