Move Exchange 2000 Store to new hdd

I have a win2k Server running Exchange 2000 Server. Which is installed on C:. I am quicly running out of room. I have decided to install a new drive, I have never moved the exchange folder before, I do not konw how this will effect Exchange.

Can any one inform me a) if I can do this b) how to do this and c) what effects will happen.
