Moving 120GB between sites

I want to build in the ability to move a 120 to 150 GB backup between sites as quickly as possible with the following constraints. Data Comm solutions can not be explored as upgrading to GB or higher speed would be prohibitivly expensive. We want a solution that is faster than moving a tape cartridge (Currently copying data to a tape takes 6+ hours).
