Moving a Windows 2000 Licensing server

I would like to know if anybody here has moved a Win2K Lic. Server to a different server on same domain? I would like to know what all is involved and if you had any problems doing it? Our Lic. Is on a member server and not on an ADS server yet. Thank you for your time and help in this matter.
