Moving NT from a Raid 1 to a Raid 5

Hi !
I would like to move an installed NT server from a Raid 1 (now 2 disks) to a Raid 5 on the same controller by just adding a new disk and next with the 3 disks to create the new array.
How can i proceed securely ?
