Moving user home folders….

Anyone know of a tool that will move (or copy) a user’s home directory from an oild PDC to a new PDC, and RETAIN the share and NTFS permission’s. While we’re at it, since I have about 120 users to move to a new server, I will also need to change thepath in User Mgr.
Can’t seem toi find much about this on TechNet. Would be similar to migration, however, no domain changes are involved, just want to move users’s home directories with as little difficulty as possible, from a recently demoted PDC to a newly promoted PDC.
