Moving User Profiles/User Accounts; NT4

I am moving an NT Terminal Server installation from a Compaq 2500 to an HP 3000. I’ve installed the OS on the new machine and it is now acting as a BDC. I would like to take the Compaq out all together and move everything to the new HP. I’m thinking that imaging is probably not the best way to go. We are using Citrix on the Terminal Server. My question: Without having to reenter User accounts and copy profiles over to the new machine, is there a more elegant way of going about moving everything? I promoted the new machine to PDC but this does not move everything.
