Moving XP

I am trying to update an AMD 1ghz computer to a RAID installation. I have two drives, the first, C:/ has an old Windows ME installation and the second, D:/, has Windows XP SP2. They are set up as a dual boot arrangement, and it works just fine that way, however the D:/ drive is not bootable by itself.

I added 2 160gb SATA drives in a RAID 1 setup, and I would like to move the XP installation to those drives. I can clone the D:/ drive, but I can’t figure out how to make it bootable.

Any suggestions?
