MP3 Player Error

2) MP3 PLAYER DOWNLOAD ERROR.
An M-any MP3 player after attempting to format the flash rom terminated immaturely. Now the MP3 can not play back the downloaded flies. I consulted the accompanied manual, at the troubleshooting section of it, it stated a similar problem and advice to reboot the MP3 by removing the battery and replacing it back then power on the MP3 player and played the downloaded files. After several attempts but all fails. So what could be the possible error and how can I overcome it. Awaiting your rescue.
