MS Exchange 5.5 crash

I have an NT 4.0 server with Exchange server installed. The server crashed and I had to re-install NT 4 and Exchange. My data for exchange is on a second hard drive D:. When I re-installed Exchange it is not seeing the data on drive D:. How do Ipoint Exchange to the correct data directories?
