MS File sharing Win 95 & Win2k

How do you use MS file sharing beteen the two operating systems. Can Win2K professional remote access win 95 machines as win95 machines can acces each other? When I try to access a shered folder in win2K I am asked for a password, no password was set under file sharing on the win2k machine.
