MS Office 97 not able to activate other

I have a PC with Arabic Enabled OS and MS Office 97 English supported, the problems is I’m not able to activate English menu after I install the office, it remains in Arabic, when I go to the Option and Arabic it is not allowing me to activate English, the language selection option is faded and not activatable.
