MS Outlook 2002 loading problem???

Recently, when I want to launch Ms Outlook, it wait for a while and show the message” the exchange server not unavailable” and ask me to retry or cancel, so after I click retry then wait for few second it is Ok and prompt for login dialog box in order to login my company’s exchange server.What is happend to the Ms Outlook?
Anyway,other computers are work fine.

i would appreciate if anyone can assist me to solve this problem.
