MS Outlook Client 2000 email statistics

We have an Exchange mail server in our university and accordingly we access our mail from our desktop Outlook clients. I would like to keep a track on the number of messages I sent/recd. over a period of time and such other statistics.

Is therea free utility/add-on that can be downloaded to know these statistics?
