MS Project professional Securiy setting

I want to set read only rights to my project for all other members except me. I could b the only person having upadate rights on that MPP file.

I dont want to create a user category and add users to it with specific rights. I just want it to be applicable only for a particular project, not for all other project.

Any one familiar with this issue?
