MS Proxy and POP3

I have NT Server SP5 installed with MSProxy 2.0. I am trying to set up a
Win98 workstation as a client. I can surf the web just fine on the client, but I
cannot connect to my ISPs POP3 mail server. I have installed the Proxy
client on the ’98 machine and am still unable to check my mail. I looked in the
MMC on the server and the Webproxy showes an anonymous connection for
the web, and the Winsock showes my user name for a connection. Right now
I have disabled all the access controlsand filtering. But with it enabled and
giving everyone full control, I still was unable to connect.
