MS SQL 7.0 DB Goes Single User

I have SQL 7.0 databases that randomly switch to single-user mode for no apparent reason. I can’t find anything in TechNet or MSDN that gives me any clues about why this is happening. I would appreciate haring from anyone with some insights. E-Mail me at MHader@tnpride.com or MHader@netguru.net.
