MS SQL SERVER and JAVA JDBC

Does anyone know how to connect to the database in the MS SQL SERVER 6.0 or 7.0 using JAVA’s jdbc ?
can anyone provide details of how to do it ? or where i can get it ?thank you.
I will be using java to as an interface to access the database in the MS SQL SERVER.
