MSBACKUP download for Window 98

Can anybody tell me where I can get a copy of MSBACKUP? I used to have it as I backed up alot of information with it. I started having problems with my computer so I formated and reinstalled WIN 98. Now I cannot find this utility on my hard drive orthe windows CD or Microsoft’s and I need it to restore my backup set. Can anyone help?
