mscache, virus strike

I found a virus, through trend micro, and panicked. I deleted the corrupted files, without writing down the culprit virus. The files were uncleanable. However, since I have deleted the two mscache files, I cannot access ANY mail, or any pages which would help me answer this problem. I can open most web sites, but none with any search access.
