MSCONFIG in WIN2K

I have ported WIN98’s msconfig utility to WIN2KPro with limited functionality (General and Startup tabs only), and it launches with errors because it can’t find certain ini files (no surprise there). My question is: Would I have full functionality if I attempted to port WINXP’s msconfig utility to my WIN2KPro box? Unfortunately, I have no WINXP box with which to experiment, but I’d still like to know.
