MsConfig on Win2000?

To all experts out there,…..

I was wondering how I can disable those annoying programs that auto-execute every time Windows 2000 loads up. Just how in Windows 9x and XP our good-old comrad Bill Gates had the idea of including the “msconfig” command, is there a similar thing for Win2000? Besides going in the registry and disabling all the progs manually is there another way?
