Msconfig Utility

I was attempting to run the MSConfig utility on a windows 2000 prof machine, and received an error message that “cannot find the file msconfig or one of its components.” has the name of the utility been changed? does it not install on a default installation of windows 2000? i would apprecitate any light anyone can shed on this. thank you
