msg tracking in E2K

My application log is getting filled up with messages relating to message tracking; Microsoft’s site hsa been unhelpful, and the filepath as displyed in the error message doesn’t exist, nor is it referenced anywhere in the registry. How do I controlthe message tracking logs, and where is this error coming from?
