MSGINA.dll Failed to load

Middle School Lab environment. WinNT v4 server. W2K workstations. Greeted with W2K splash screen. No dialog box error messages. W2K just stalls during startup. Boot to Safe Mode, following message appears after 5-7 minutes, “The logon user interface DLL “msgina.dll” failed to load. Contact System Administrator to replace the DLL, or restore the orginial DLL.” Tried Symantec Ghost 2003 to clone image from identical HDD. Booted to cloned drive and get the EXACT SAME ERROR Message when booting to Safe Mode.

PS… Day prior, MS Terminal Services Client installed on this box as well as the 27 boxes in the Lab!
