MSI FX 5200 TD128

Hi all;
I just installed a new Video Adapter; It’s MSI FX 5200 TD128,
My question is what sitting should I do to have the maximum performance with a good pictures? Because there is a lot of sitting and most of them I am not familiar with!
My PC is Intel Celeron 850 MHZ with 320 MB of RAM, MB is Gigabyte, Chipset is 815EP.
