MSMail and Exchange 5.5 integrity

we have Exchange 5.5 server and MSmail for PC network server on NTServer4.0.
we have groups on Exhange and MSmail.
when we try to send to exhangegroup from msmail exchange users donot receive the mails and the viceversa
