msn spades games

I have a new Dell computer. It takes 9 or 10 minutes to get in to a spades game room using msn internet and cannot get into the gane room at all using juno internet. MSN support are no help at all. My old computer takes only 2 minutes. Small problem but frustrating since I am 74 and not much else to do. Why so slow???.
