Msoffice 2000(printing word document

End User is getting the following msg. when printing a Word Document: DRIVER PLUG-IN ERROR: OEM DATA STRUCTURE IS INVALID. ABORTING FUNCTION. After this occurs, a error window appears with VB codes and if you click OK each times these codes appear, the document will eventually print. I reloaded the printer driver and words apps, but the problem still presist. Can you help me with this?
