MSProxy 2.0 – Macs need email, How to?

I have a couple of Mac users who need to do email. I need to know how to configure MSProxy server 2.0’s SOCKS feature. And how to configure Outlook express or Ontourage mail clients or another email client with the proxy sock settings.
