MS:raytubes32bitbuddy

i am trying to set up a webcam and after about 5-10 min of running the video server locks up. and i have to reboot. this is when i get the message the “MS:raytubes32bibuddy is not responding.” this error only comes up after trying the webcam. the system is a k6-2/450 w/ 128meg ram runnig windows ME (was running 98se with the same problem). i have searched the computer and cannot find where it is comming from. what software/hardware is this associated with? Can you help?
