mstask.exe

ERROR: The task scheduler service should not be run from the command line! Use the Sheduled Task folder to control the service.
this is the error message i get when running mstask.exe on an nt4 with sp6 and ie6 installed on it, for some reason the process runs for only a few seconds then this error message appears.
There is also no Scheduled tasks folder in control panel or my computer
pls help as need to install some schedules and also the at command no longer works…
