Multi-boot problems NT&Win2K

I haave NT server4.0 and workstation 4.0 on
a same PC. I upgraded server to Win2K.
Now win2k is working fine but NT workstation hungs when I reboot. I could not get it up.
Does anyone know where to start to look for this problem and how to fix it.
