Multi-Homed XP Clients

Greetings,

I am running a Windows 2003 network with all my clients on XP Pro.

I recently replaced all of my companies desktops with laptops. Each laptop has a wireless adapter as well as an ethernet connection.

Often, people will move around our facilities. This results in them being assigne multiple DHCP leases.

If they have a problem and we are trying to remote connect to them using their network name, we often have issues finding their machine because DNS points to one of the wrong IP addresses.

How can one effectively deal with multi-homed clients? Do I need to change something in how their DNS records are updated? Your comments will be most appreciated.
