multihomed

I am trying to set up a multihomed computer.
When I put in the three NIC cards, and check the IRQ’s, they all have the same – 11. Do I need to change these and how do I change the IRQ in NT 4? They are newer 3com cards. I have gone to the Network icon and selected adapter properties, but when I click on properties, nothing happens!
